A month of animals, and other fun stuff

This month has been pretty crazy, now that the weather is finally warming up we've been spending a lot more time outside, which is good because there is a lot of work that needs to be done around the house and trees and brush to clean up.

Emily got a bunny named Maizy

Jake got a pool for his ducks, that I think will never stop growing!

We were visited a few nights in a row by a young black bear, thankfully there was nothing out for him to eat/ get into so after a few days of being nosey he went on his way



We bought a much needed tractor!

And we saw a moose in the reservoir!



Tball!

This is Emily's first year playing Tball and she couldn't be more excited! Yesterday, they had their first game and it was a jamboree, so they got to play a few games. The games are only 2 innings and everyone gets to bat, so there's no score keeping, but at this age, they are just happy they can hit the ball and run the bases LOL! The uniforms are pretty big, so this week we have to run up to Burlington to get her a pair of pants that actually fit her. Yesterday we had to roll them a few times and pin them to help them stay up.

 



Emily's Dance Performance

Emily's dance class was asked to perform 2 weeks ago at our local library for Senior Day. They performed 5 different dances for the Seniors, and got to wear the dresses they will wear for their recital next month.
