Happy Spring!

Spring has finally arrived, and the snow has begun to melt! Swim lessons are finally over, and last week baseball season has begun! Jake is playing on a minor league team, and Emily has started T-ball. Josh is staying busy with 4-H and taking care of his flock of chickens.

What a BUSY DAY!

We had a super busy day today! This morning we had to get up bright and early as today started the first session of the year for swim lessons!! The boys were sooo excited to be back in the pool, and were old pros at the whole routine. Josh dove right into swimming from mommy to the wall all by himself! Jake was tooo busy doing cannon balls nearly the entire time! This session Noah and his parents joined us again in our class, and Jake's friend Peyton and her mommy signed up as well, so the pool was filled with some of our friends.

After swim lessons we headed next door to the apple orchard and picked a bushel of apples to make apple sauce and apple butter next weekend. The orchard was suprisingly busy today, although it was another perfect weather day.

After apple picking we headed down the mountain to Randolph so that the boys could get much needed hair cuts, then home for lunch and NAPS for all of us!!

Then it was off to the bike trail, and park to run off some energy on the boys.

Right now we are chilling on the couch with a fire going in the woodstove, before heading upstairs to bed. Tomorrow will be full of more adventures!
