Apples!

The weather is once again dreary and cold out so we decided to finally make apple sauce and apple butter with the apples we picked a few weeks ago. The boys loved helping, and tasting! All together we made roughly 7 pints of applesauce (unsweetened for the baby), and easily 14 pints of yummy apple butter!

While the sauce and applebutter was boiling down, the boys and I did some apple painting. They both did about 5 stamps with their apple halves and then it turned into finger, and hand painting! Oh well, at least they had fun!
