Jake

Today Jake, Emily and I took advantage of the sunny weather and headed to the state forest for the day. We had a lot of fun hiking (3 miles!) up one of the smaller peaks, & exploring the nature trails. Jake was super excited to find some moose tracks and a salamander. He loved watching the salamander, and if we didn't have to go get Josh from school, I bet he would still be following it. Lots of the trees have started to change color, I bet in a few more weeks we will be at peak. The colors are really bright so this year mother nature should put on a good show for us! Here are some super cute pictures of Jake that I took today. ( Emily napped most of the time in the background so didn't get too many exciting pictures of her)
