Dear Germs:

I am sorry to tell you, but you have overstayed your welcome, and it is now time for you to hit the road.

Your visit started like gang busters with Josh's fever and cough that started last week, and the party just kept going through Emily and Jake's lil bodies, and now, my sinus infection.

I can't say it's been fun, it hasn't, but it has kept me on my toes to be sure. Anyhoo, we are going to the pediatrician tomorrow to get all the antibiotics we need. Hopefully that will send you on your way. It is almost Halloween, and my lil monsters are eagerly awaiting going trick or treating on Saturday. This is a much needed "recharge" get-away, so you are not invited to come along.
Therefore, it is time to say, so long, farewell, don't let the door hit your germy butt on the way out, and y'all don't come back now ya hear!
