Storyland

We were up bright and early yesterday morning, as Peyton and her family met us at the house at 8, so we could head off to storyland for the day. It was a super hot day, and the place was busy, although we never really had to wait more than 15 minutes for a ride (that was the longest) so it wasn't bad. The boys were troopers throughout the day, even Jake who missed his nap by 3.5 hours!!! Josh bravely tried every ride daddy suggested- but admitted afterwards that a few were a bit scary- including the roller coaster he loved last summer and rode 4 times in a row! We were bummed that Jake wasn't big enough to go on the raft ride, as a water ride was just what we were looking for to cool off!

One of the highlights of the day was 2 of the boys favorite PBS characters Super Why, and Clifford were there, so the boys got to give them high fives, and have their photo taken with them!
