Happy Spring!

Spring has finally arrived, and the snow has begun to melt! Swim lessons are finally over, and last week baseball season has begun! Jake is playing on a minor league team, and Emily has started T-ball. Josh is staying busy with 4-H and taking care of his flock of chickens.

Cookies!

Wow, I just realized its been 10 days since we last posted anything. Sorry about that. Last week Jake was sick, and we didn't have much to update on.
Yesterday the boys and I went on a cooking spree and made some sugar cut out cookies. The boys had a blast using the cookie cutters and then decorating them.

Emily is still growing like a weed. Tonight I did a lil experiment, by weighing myself alone and then weighing myself holding her, and the scale registered +11 pounds holding her. That would make her up another 2 pounds in 2 weeks. Oi yi, let's hope our scale is off and that our lil girl isn't growing this fast!
She is starting to smile real smiles now, and its sooo much fun to watch them. She also giggles but only in her sleep, which makes us wonder what babies dream about that is soo funny.
I promise we will have a bunch of posts in the next few days. We are going to get a huge snow storm tonight, so tomorrow we'll have pics! Then on saturday Josh has his christmas show for school!

How fun making cookies! Mine both want to do that real bad too! I'm trying to hold off till closer to Christmas (Santa doesn't like stale cookies lol). She's growing fast! It's sad though, in a blink of an eye they turn 1!
