We had a great Memorial Day weekend, and actually didn't do a whole lot. On Saturday we had our last swim lesson session and then spent the day outside playing and enjoying the sun. When we start lessons up again in the fall Josh will be moving up to level 2, and Jake will be starting level 1. It will be nice that only one of us will have to get in the pool once again. Sunday morning the weather was looking quite gloomy so Brian took the boys on a daddy date to the museum in Burlington for the day. Emily and I stayed home did some much needed cleaning, laundry and then went for a walk and ran some errands and enjoyed the sunshine and quiet.
Then yesterday we took the boys to the parade in the morning, visited with some friends,and then had a birthday party to go to that evening. It was nice to have some time to relax and not do much of anything for a little while.
Emily is now pulling herself up and standing.
She obviously didn't get the memo that crawling is supposed to come first!
